Trainings and Workshops

Our trainings and workshops are designed for flexible delivery, either onsite or virtually, to accommodate the unique needs of each organization. Each session can be tailored to run in one-hour segments, with up to four hours of content per training. These dynamic and informative sessions are led by Brandon Dreiman, a retired Captain and 23-year veteran of the Indianapolis Fire Department, where he served as the Coordinator of Firefighter Wellness & Support. Brandon brings a wealth of experience and expertise as an International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Peer Support & Resilience Master Instructor and a member of the IAFF’s Crisis Response Team. He is also a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) clinician, a Certified Sleep Coach, Certified Peer Support Professional, Certified Addiction Peer Recovery Coach, and a trained Yoga Teacher. Brandon’s multidisciplinary approach ensures each training is grounded in evidence-based practices that support the health, resilience, and performance of first responders and frontline professionals.
