Pre-Employment Psych Evals

Start the process with confidence...Psychological Evaluations are used to determine suitability for a profession. We will answer the question, "Are there psychological factors that impact this individual's ability to perform job duties safely and effectively." The candidate attends an in person testing appointment consisting of two parts:

1) Psychological testing which provides objective data that compares the candidate to others in the profession; and

2) Clinical interview which is a review of personal history and current psychological adjustment.

Who?

Police candidates, Fire candidates, Paramedic (civilian and firefighter) candidates

What?

3 - 3.5 hour testing appointment with a report turn around time of three business days

When?

After a conditional offer. The evaluation takes place before employment begins.
