Clients with urgent needs

Clients in a situation requiring urgency means that, at ProTeam Wellness, we work to ensure these clients can attend a session in the next 48-72 hours by filling out the form below and noting *Urgent* in the 'comment or message section.'

Our providers who work with urgent clients are not “on call” – but we will typically respond to these intake requests within four business hours.‍

Clients with emergent needs‍

If you are currently experiencing an emergency, please call 988 immediately.

Emergent care typically refers to clients who are in crisis. For instance, suicidal ideation and domestic violence situations where the individual is unsafe are emergent needs. At ProTeam Wellness, we transfer these individuals to department or local crisis resources.‍
