Hannah O'Connor, M.J., Psy.D., HSPP
Dr. O'Connor is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with First Responders. She provides psychological evaluations to assess pre-employment suitability (PERF) and fitness for duty. Dr. O'Connor also offers psychological evaluation services to reach diagnostic clarity on matters of ADHD, mood disorders, psychosis, and personality pathology.
Additionally, Dr. O'Connor provides individual psychotherapy using an integrative approach that calls upon psychodynamic, mindfulness, and cognitive interventions. She works primarily with adults to address a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship distress, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. She prioritizes building a trusting and collaborative relationship with individuals as they work to find meaning and relief from their distress.
Dr. O'Connor received her doctorate (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis. She completed her pre-doctoral APA-accredited internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center - San Antonio/Kerrville State Hospital with an emphasis in Forensic Psychology. Dr. O'Connor engages in continuing education to stay up to date on psychological interventions and research. She has engaged in trainings and ride-alongs to improve cultural competence within the First Responder population.
